| dc.description | El fenómeno de la burocracia sindical aparece en el campo de las instituciones de la clase obrera, es decir, del movimiento obrero. La forma de conciencia que le corresponde es la conciencia sindical o corporativa. El obrero se referencia aquí a un colectivo, el que resulta de la determinación económica más directa, es decir, de la posesión de una mercancía propia, la fuerza de trabajo. Tarde o temprano, para gestionar su precio y controlar las condiciones de uso, los obreros deben darse instituciones y un personal permanente. Aquí es donde tiene su asiento, en esta necesidad objetiva, la burocracia sindical. Se analiza aquí qué es la burocracia sindical, para tratar luego de establecer su fecha de nacimiento en Argentina, una vía para replantear viejos problemas, como el del ascenso del peronismo, entre otros. | |
| dc.description | The phenomenon of trade union bureaucracy appears in the field of the institutions of the working class, that is, of the workers' movement. The form of conscience that corresponds to it is union or corporate awareness. The worker refers here to a collective, the one that results from the most direct economic determination, that is, the possession of one's own merchandise, the labor force. Sooner or later, to manage its price and control the conditions of use, the workers must create institutions and a permanent staff. This is where the trade union bureaucracy has its reason, in this objective need. We analyze here what the trade union bureaucracy is, to try after establishing its date of birth in Argentina, a way to rethink old problems, such as the rise of Peronism, among others. | |
